      - Not too much pressure with deadlines - I don't feel micromanaged - Multiple challenges, ranging from infrastructure to AI-driven projects - You'll rarely have nothing to work on - Pleasant coworkers

      - Salaries need to increase - Food voucher money needs to increase

      Opportunity to make an impact, very agile company & development process, customer focused, great team collaboration, access and exposure to global executives and brands. One of São Paulo's best companies to work for and a great new office as well.

      Cons

      Very fast paced can be a challenge sometimes when we juggle the demands of many customers, product launches and global launch. This is more of a start up challenge than a Caf challenge. All signs of growth and future opportunity!
