Pros

The company is quite easy to navigate and allows independence. The management of the company is not very much top-down in its approach. There's not much hierarchy and micromanagement, which is good.

Cons

Relatively high turnover rate of data analysts

Pros

Work life balance, Easy hours, casual attire

Cons

CEO lacks personality and skills to motivate and lead a company. Very little enthusiasm and drive from the top. Firm is lead by fear. Moody culture. There are no controls for bad behavior. Personnel get away with what they want. The product line is outdated and out of touch with what clients really want. While the research is good, the marketplace has improved around it and it is less relevant. Pricing strategy is all over the map. No strategic plan or strategic direction. Single focus is on sales at all cost.

Pros

-Get to learn about the industry -Brand is respected -Great coworkers -Networking opportunities if you stick around

Cons

Insane workload and corrupt ownership. We broke a revenue record in 2020 and cut expenses by WFH, but instead of raises for 2021 the CEO offered a virtual wine tasting. After the company's best year Kurt blamed our below market pay on covid. He even got PPP money and never told employees. Are you pushing everyone to the brink for a pretty looking income statement before you retire and sell? There used to be work life balance and tradeoff of lower pay for lower stress. But now 60+ hour consulting weeks mean analysts work on the verge of mentsl breakdown and could earn more at McDonalds with overtime. Career pathing is a popularity contest steeped in politics. The Cerullis are multi millionaire “environmentalists” who fixate on employees paper products rather than give up one of their homes. Part of the job here is to keep smiling and agreeing to show you're a culture fit.

Thank you for your feedback. We value hearing people’s opinions as it helps us continue to grow! 2020 was an unprecedented year for many reasons, and while we did have our best revenue year yet (yay!), we also wanted to act responsibly in an uncertain economic climate. This is why base salary increases were held steady, outside of promotional raises, and we focused on raising bonus’s about 20% across the board. There have certainly been growing pains as we grow the consulting portion of our business, which is expected. We are in the process of hiring more people to alleviate large workloads, and will also continue to assess our comp structures as necessary. If you would like to discuss further, HR’s door is always open! Thanks again for your feedback.
