      Pros

      Great place to work, learn and grow. They also have a flexible work model which is really helpful for our growing family.

      Cons

      Wish we had more in person events, but the company is planning more in 2023.

      We are so happy to watch our team members grow - both personally and professionally. Following our January 2024 retreat, we know how important this is to our team. We're working on planning more in-person events this year.
