Don't do it, and don't move for a job here, they straight up ruined my life

Literally none, only 10 vacation days a year, trash health insurance plans.

Cons

Moved 200 miles for this job, left my old job and friends behind. They fired me in the first week here for minor slight allergies. I even offered to do a full allergy panel to see what was causing it, sign any wavers needed and get doctors clearance. But no got fired for seasonal allergies after uprooting my entire life to come work here. They also lied about they type of work I would be doing. At my old lab we had robots that did this work. They love lying, they lied to me about the perks offered, about the work, how many locations there were for this company. They even lied to the unemployment office, These people are Psychopaths. There are also major bug problems in the Microlab

The people you work with are generally nice and try to be helpful.

Cons

The company's management is very poor. They do not understand how to run a company well, lose most of their clients and are quick to bad mouth and throw people under the bus. Also the pay is very low and the facility is basically an old warehouse with broken equipment stored for when "better times" come.

Very few that I can think of. Some of the co-workers were nice (to my face at least).

Cons

Was not told this was a Christian company upon hiring. Needless to say, I was shocked the first time I was forced to participate in prayer before a company meeting. The President and CEO micromanage every aspect of the company and their employees, even the employees' personal lives. They would also go around preaching to everyone. Very condescending and demoralizing. This was the most disorganized company I have ever worked for. There was junk piled up everywhere. Training was non-existent. No benefits offered. Unreasonable expectations placed on employees daily. Zero opportunity for advancement of any kind. Zero company growth. Below-average pay. Company struggled to hand out paychecks on time as well.
