Pros
It's a nice company that has a lot of trust in their employees, which reflects in flexibility when it comes to schedules and there's no micromanaging at all. You can work either from home or from the office based on your preferences. Nice benefits like lunch and transportation vouchers.
Cons
Everything that can be improved on is happening driven by a new management. I think that the biggest challenge is the transparency from top to bottom.
