Pros
This company was great in the first few years. Great team, good clients and monthly dinners where we got to connect with others.
Cons
The culture went to pot after a change in management. All three women in the leadership team left, it felt like they were forced out. No more team dinners, or transparency about what was happening in the company. New management even threatened legal action on any staff who contacted the former management team.
