Pros
Good food and culinary knowledge to be gained. Benefits that include, dental, vision & health.
Cons
Inconsistent management, that uses and abuses employees. No work life balance for salaried employees that are required to work minimum of 55hrs a week and most of the scheduling includes the dreaded "clopening". Impossible bonus structure & goals that even if you accomplish, you do not get compensated for. Overall dishonest and shady behavior.
