      Pros

      Since day 1, I have felt compltely heard and supported. Every singe career will come with tasks that are not preferred but even on the worst of my days here, I leave feeling fulfilled, respected and valuable. The company has been so supportive of my life as a single mother and a full time college student. I am so thankful for CCH and truly know without them, my life would look much different.

      Terrible micro managing of staff, nitpicking at the slightest admin errors.

      Pros

      Loved working with such a small community. Everyone knows everyone. It is a critical access hospital so as a nurse you get to deo everything from ER to med surg to OB.

      Cons

      Managament doesn't have your back. They make promises but never follow thru. The seasoned nurses have a tendancy to run off the new nurses.
