      For me it was Monday- Friday.

      Cons

      Unorganized, No Structure, Doesn't Communicate with employees and Corporate, Family owned (want to keep it that way), negative, Doesn't ever say good job to any employees, On;y allowed to take a week of vacation off at one time. No room for growth.

      Pros

      Great working hours, steady paycheck and small teams of coworkers to deal with. Average company benefits and operates as a small company but a big player in the outdoor furniture market.

      Cons

      Seasonal and constantly changing rules. Uses fear and threats to keep you "in line" with company expectations.
