Flexible work environment. You get to work in a lot of interesting stuff.

Cons

You will have to endure not getting salary for a long time. Although management makes lot of promises, seems like a strategy to just stall the salary payments due to lack of funding.

Friendly work environment and collegues, The engineering team is filled with exceptional talents, There is no office politics in the Engineering team. Everyone is very supportive and helpful.

Cons

Things have changed, it used to be one of the best places for engineers, but now things have been ruined completely due to financial issues.
