      As a professional driver, Challenger is a solid employer. I get plenty of miles, and the Cambridge dispatch team is great at keeping trips pre-planned so I’m not sitting around waiting.

      Communication can be a bit busy because of the company's size, but as long as you stay on top of your messages, it’s fine.

      Challenger is a big name in the industry for a reason. I really value the specialized training they provide here in Cambridge. They give you all the right tools and gear to handle difficult loads safely. The company culture is professional, and I feel like a valued member of the team.
