Free parking; firm contributes to high medical deductibles.

Cons

Low pay; low morale. Attorneys are bullies - rude and arrogant. Will work you to death - if they don't like you they fire you. No consistency. No training. Outdated equipment. Don't even ask about color printers - non-existent. Don't pay vendors timely.

Great staff (secretaries and paralegals), good at hiring competent attorneys, interesting cases, eight to ten trials per year that are usually won.

Cons

Extremely high turnover (six to ten attorneys leave per year), awful (or no) bonuses even when the 180 hour per month billable average is reached or surpassed.

Free parking, friendly support staff (Paralegals and secretaries), health insurance for individuals, free sodas, some friendly attorneys, office is clean.

Cons

The HR staff is toxic and bullies the employees. If you aren’t friends with them you are at a disadvantage. The office administrators are either related or personal friends and are definitely taken care of by the managing director over the attorneys and other staff. Only one admin seems to be really working, all the time. They need a better HR system instead of punching a time clock for staff. High turnover rate because of low pay & lack of bonus system/structure. The Support staff are rotated often because of the high turnover.
