Chameleon give as a warming welcome and they shared a lot of knowledge, and also you work with no pressure.

None, at this stage. Salary is OK, although not when you factor in the additional hours and strain on mental health.
Cons
I was sold a totally different role in comparison to the one I currently occupied. Bogged down my admin, undertaking no nitty gritty PR activity such as media relations. Impossible work environment. Told it's down to 'time management'. Account Executives in tears on a weekly basis.
