      Pros

      Use Chameleon as a stepping stone to progress into better positions.

      Cons

      Tracking software installed to track every minute of your day. Management would often compare staffs inactivity times, trying to make it into a competition! Micromanagement! Management is constantly on top of you. Time sheets are used to log every minute of your day. Very toxic place to work. Management treat staff like children. Try to turn staff members against each other. Guilt trip staff into working over without any incentives. Management bad mouth ex employees on social media and to current employees. No pay reviews. No clear progression. False promises made on pay and progression.

      This review can only be written by someone looking to poison the good name of the company, either a fake review by a competitor or a false review by someone who needs help and support. The company works hard to ensure staff are happy, paid appropriately to the job role and inline with the industry and higher paid if the staff member adds extra value to the company. Also the company is more flexible than most companies. In 2023 there are is a happy environment with a team of people who all work well together. This negative review is so far from the truth is it comical.

      Hostile and toxic environment

      Meeting some of my colleagues - all of which have now left!

      Cons

      I found this to be a negative and toxic work environment. Employees were stressed and overworked with little appreciation or reward. Management had poor communication, and a lack of trust leading to intense micro management and drama on a daily basis. The very high staff turnover speaks for itself. Low pay and low morale. No HR presence or support to speak of, so there’s no way to healthily discuss issues. A lot of lies and false promises of progression. Poor/lack of leadership, no real organisation or capacity management.

      Good stepping stone - hostile working environment

      Pros

      Chameleon is a good stepping stone into digital marketing. I gained a great level of experience whilst working with some great clients.

      Cons

      -incredibly hostile working environment - the MD starts a lot of drama and regularly focuses all negative energy onto one member of staff. -Workplace gossip is often caused by management rather than employees. -There is no trust for employees which is a shame as I worked with so many great people. -Employees are trained at the start of their employment but further progression is not encouraged. -Management have regular tantrums, making the office environment unbearable. -Employees receive zero support with customer assistance.
