      CPDI is a supportive, innovative workplace that truly values its employees. Leadership fosters an environment of growth, collaboration, and transparency. I appreciate the company culture and am proud to be part of the CPDI team.

      Pros

      Coming to work is fun. HR always has fun events that we can participate in to boast the morale of the team. Chad is very giving always making sure that we have what we not only need but listens to our wants too. I appreciate the team environment where everyone actually wants to help you succeed. The culture is great, and everyone get along great together. The healthcare benefits are better than my last employer and they also aren't hesitant giving out raises. I will definitely recommend to friends and family to come and apply.

      Cons

      I would like to see more paid holiday vacations, perhaps 8 or 9.
