Champion provides good work experience and has high standards of quality. You will have opportunities to take ownership of projects and work on challenging projects. Also you will be able to travel for work if you want, which is a pretty novel experience.

Cons

Occasionally there are lulls in available work. It is common to not be put on that many projects when you first start but you will be given more responsibility with time if you ask for it.
