Don't appreciate employees Fire people on a constant basis Not likely to move up or progress to manager positions as most have been there +7 years! No longer receive good raises

Nice hard working coworkers, steady income, and health benefits.

Cons

Very unprofessional. CEO does not think in the best interest of employees, or their input. Asked to do the impossible, only for upper management to do the complete opposite of the task at hand. Exploited hard working employees. Micromanaging grown woman on a daily. Feels more like a high school than an office.

horrible management disgustingly disorganized will do anything to cut corners tolerating abuse of other employees based on seniority status anything to try to make people do multiple jobs at once for less pay will absolutely bait and switch / lie.
