Pros
Starting with the owners, John and Curt Chandler, the company cares about the culture and the people who work here. I feel empowered to do my job and appreciate the supportive and flexible work environment. People work hard and also have fun.
Cons
The company is growing so some growing pains can be felt but nothing different than any other place I've worked.
