      Toxic and unsafe work environment

      In the beginning, I was hopeful to grow as a professional. I was looking forward to building new skills and connections, but due to an extremely toxic environment, it all came crashing down fast.

      Pros

      There are no pros. The boss loves to hurt and humiliate people intentionally. I’ve never seen anything like that.

      Cons

      This is company is not even an American company with an American corporate culture. The boss was born and raised in Italy. Employees are treated as slaves. Everything about the work environment is twisted.
