      Brutal leadership to the point of comedy. Fake leaders that are all smoke and mirrors. Questionable ethics. Micro management. Talking behind people’s backs. Bullying. Tolerance or look the other way of extremely inappropriate behaviour.

      Coworkers are friendly and genuine.

      Cons

      No process or guidelines. Every department head has a massive ego. Everyone believes their way is the right way but nothing ever gets done because they can’t agree. Good staff continually leaving because of the internal culture.
