Cons

Design and Architecture are separate teams that don't collaborate. Architecture is forced to make design intent work in construction docs. Experience varies by your project manager.

Remote work, flexible start, benefits are ok. all-expenses-paid holiday parties & end of year bonus.

Cons

Poor team management practices - E suite hires with no insight into skill sets needed for individual teams. Often hires new grads. Shaky financial strategy long-term - few clients with heavy financial reliance. Productivity expectations are high (more than 8 hours/day pure production of CDs for quality), consultants are rarely helpful.

I genuinely enjoyed my time working here, the company culture is a huge pro along with benefits and most of the people you work with!

Cons

There’s a lack of support from upper management up to the CEO level. Pay could be more competitive. When voicing any issues, I did not feel supported by upper management. Some financial issues that I don’t agree with how they were handled and lead to layoffs and lack of transparency around that.
