Great people to work with. Very good products, with a product team that for the most part listens to their customers.

Cons

Very focused on North American team with other locations feeling left behind. Resource spread too thin at times.

Great co-workers and is located in the heart of downtown Seattle. They do have some benefits like free snacks and drinks and also organize company gatherings.

Cons

There is no transparency at the company. Leadership keeps touting great things but then lays people off which sends mixed messages. Compensation is below market and sometimes commissions/bonuses do not get paid out timely which speaks to the state of their financial process/state. There is no room for growth opportunities except laterally. Morale of the employees is very low and many people have left or are looking to leave.
