ok let me tell you the inside story of changepond. If you are an experience candidate and your pay package is little high you can be fired at any point of time...One fine day they can call you and asked you to put down your paper. Only 3 to 4 long term projects are running and remaining are less budget IT project as per market standard and average period of those projects 6-8 months maximum after that if you are not manage to join any project they will fire you. Most of the project they will get on the basis of old client's reference, they does not have the capacity to get the project by calling tender ...They dont have any employee welfare program or whatever minimal they do its very ridiculous....They will sign you one year service agreement with you and if you violate the rule you have to pay 6 months salary.So, you will be in their trap for next one year . And if you are a freshers, first year you will get salary 11.5 K in hand (after their revised package) .you have 3 years bond. They will ask you to come on almost each saturday....No fun nothing is there, u will get frustrated with their work culture....but you can not leave the company as you have a bond and yes, you have to 75 k at the time of joining the company. So, join this company when you don't have any other options. Kindly Note: most of the positive reviews are faked and posted by the company itself.

1) They give you a huge salary if they urgently required an experienced employee after completing your work in a matter of four months they will lay you off. Bye.. Bye. 2) You can never expect a secured job. 3) Any time you will be asked not to continue working for them. They will give you lame excuses for that. 4) They have very little projects. 5) They hire freshers for 3yrs bond for a salary of Rs. 7000 and they ask Rs.75000 as a security deposit. 6) You won't get leaves as you get in other companies. Even if there is a cyclone or any major disaster, you will have to come to the office for work. 7) It is a place for those who expect very little salary and work continuously extending the work hours.If you say that you cannot extend your work hours, you will be terminated. 7) Join this company out of your own risk. It is better to be jobless.
