Pros

Fully remote Nice coworkers depending on what team you're on

Cons

Pay is abysmal, and there is no room for negotiation. Below average market rate and the work they throw at you will make you question it every single day. All the best executive leadership people were gutted and laid off. All that's left are the incredibly fake and manipulative ones. They have successfully gaslighted and manipulated some of the most tenured, experienced employees to get them to quit. All the people who were here since the day this company started is now gone. They will say they care, but they don't. The CEO thinks he's some kind of visionary and consistently portrays himself as a genius. It's weird. At the end of the day, this is exactly those stereotypical companies that like to brag about their culture, their work-life balance and the people, but is actually toxic from the core. Everyone wants to quit. You'll find that out pretty quickly.

Pros

- Well structured - Company has wealth of information and connections. Will learn a LOT!

Cons

The company recently restructured and really went south... The turnover rate is insanely high. So many people are leaving the company due to extremely low pay and lack of employee appreciation. They're hiring like crazy because so many people are leaving. The work/life balance is down the drain, and working overtime is demanded. The only thing going for this company was their company culture, but that also diminished once the company went remote. They pressure internal employees to leave a 5 star review on glassdoor.
