It's a collaborative environment, everyone works together and supports each other to get the best possible outcomes for the clients. There are also many chances to grow as a professional, with upper management being very open to giving opportunities such as going on international business trips or being more involved in client proposal pitches. There is also a great culture outside of the office with rooftop happy hours in the summer and indoor mini golf in the winter.
Cons
As a smaller agency that is growing rapidly there can sometimes be a lot to juggle at once, but that's pretty standard in any agency setting.
