Can work on different verticals by undertaking different projects on Merchandising , Sales Management, ISD Programs etc. Provides a very good platform to learn about operations and business development.

Cons

The remuneration and the variable I'm getting are not as per the industrial standards.

The work can be very monotonous at times. Same profile but different salaries for people from different universities. Job role not clearly defined between two different designations.
