Pros

The team, in general, was satisfactory; the majority of colleagues were welcoming. The manager was actively involved yet allowed for independence, steering clear of micromanagement. The compensation was competitive, including health insurance. The solution, while niche, was straightforward to learn.

Cons

The only benefit was the salary. Upper management heavily favored micromanagement and was dissatisfied with targets, despite them being overly ambitious. Presence in the office on specific days was mandatory, with the CEO inquiring about absences. Despite decent colleagues, management's approach significantly dampened the experience. Opinions or perspectives were not welcomed, regardless of effort. Layoff procedures lacked respect; employees were abruptly removed from systems without adequate explanation or feedback. I advise against joining this company under its current management, as job security is non-existent.

Pros

The current sales manager is excellent—both approachable and knowledgeable, fostering learning and growth. The sales team, along with the broader team, fosters a positive and collaborative culture, though this dynamic shifts significantly as you move higher up.

Cons

Certain members of the C-suite are quite frequently overheard making derogatory remarks about employees. Despite closing sales, a compensation plan was never provided. False promises are a recurring issue. While multiple spiffs are promoted to the sales team, the promised rewards are very often not delivered. There is no flexibility or understanding for personal challenges, Social events are mostly funded by the staff themselves. One can expect no more than one inbound lead per quarter - everything is outbound, next to no inbound interest.
