Pros

There are some nice people that work there. Hanging on for personal reasons, overall moral is extremely low.

Cons

You will regret the decision to accept employment at this company. The internal work place is toxic and the outside sales force is not treated much better. The commission structure pretty much assures you will not get paid on what you sell. It is not in line with industry standards.

Co-workers can be fun and caring Good place to do mindless work if you would like to do other projects

Cons

-Owners (and their wives) constantly ask you to work on their personal stuff for them. -Will literally stand over your shoulder to direct your work, reducing you to the roll of "pixel-pusher" -They pit employees against each other -Owners care very little over the mental health and stress levels of their production staff and employees. -Owners are both greedy and unprofessional -Treat jobs as "favors" they are bestowing upon you and expect you to be gratful for the crumbs.
