Pros
You can get away with anything and not get fired, including; not doing your job, never taking a shower, poop your pants and even screwing your coworkers on the clock!
Cons
-Management has no idea what’s going on, or just chooses not to. -Shit smelling coworkers -You know when you work somewhere and you have like one weird coworker? Try that but with everyone you work with -you are only viewed as the cheapest option. Cheapest healthcare, cheapest pay etc
