Pros

Excellent BIM manager, who has always a solution/answer for everything, and teaches you with a smile. There are nice people working there. In theory, 7 hours per day (that will depend on the project you are working on).

Cons

No interesting projects to work on unless you are in residential, very bad management in general (at different levels within the office) that leads to stress and lack of motivation, no opportunities or space to grow. Many people is disappointed, in different teams. In general, when working long hours they will not thank you or value your effort (of course there are exceptions).

Pros

Not that many pros I can think of

Cons

We were directly asked to lie or conceal important information from our clients to not impact productivity or payment. Leadership do not abide by our code of ethics. Many instances of leadership giving better opportunities to men vs women. No transparency around pay. Raises and bonuses are infrequent.
