The on-boarding process is very disorganized. After I received an offer of employment, I waited 3 weeks for the on-boarding tasks necessary/to-do list. I invested 2 more weeks thoroughly completing these tasks (ie: medical clearance from my physician - including immunizations, my references, drug testing, etc.). It was then requested that I provide them with a reference - on letterhead - from a company that employed me 20 years ago (and has since closed) or my W-2's from 1999. Despite my references being willing to speak on my behalf, they retracted their offer because they could not formally verify my employment from 20 years ago. This process set my search for new, meaningful employment back 5 weeks. I'm genuinely disappointed I could not contribute to the service hospice renders, as this care is life changing.

The culture at chapters is very cutthroat. I am a former manager there and I believe while working there, I became a terrible manager. They force you to lay off your team, then rehire them as pool employees. The pay is terrible, and the benefits cost are extremely expensive. You will not have to right tools to do a good job and they are extremely slow to make decisions.
