      Pros

      Offers so many on-site perks: Starbucks machine On-site gym/ weight room and shower Healthy snack pantry Catered lunches every Tuesday and Thursday Massages every last Friday of the month Aside from that personally my manager and even my team have offered me many avenues to advance and develop myself professionally. The culture around here is fun and family oriented and is unlike anything else here in Bakersfield. I am very proud to be a part of this place.

      Pros

      People who work here outside of management are great. Snacks and free lunches. Nice building, nice area to work by.

      Cons

      Management is the biggest problem at this place. You can’t trust anyone. They throw lower tier employees under the bus rather than stick up for you like real good managers should . Also, don’t work here if you want to grow. They believe in turnover. Not personal growth or promoting lower tier employees. That explains why management is so messed up, it’s never been replaced. This place will take a toll on your mental health like it did to mine. Keep looking...
