Modern and stylish office environment. Clean, futuristic assembly/manufacturing areas Flexible working locations (on-site, hybrid and fully remote). Open minded team with passion to succeed in the launch of the new model. Free lunch cooked fresh onsite (free coffee and tea too!) Brand new work equipment (desks, chairs, laptop etc.) Travel to the HQ is easy from LHR.

Start-up Company with growing competition Experience in launching a new car comes with its own challenges.

Great team of employees. Incredible project. Outstanding facility. Complimentary lunch, snacks, coffee etc
Cons
Start up company involving working outside of role requirements to achieve the end goal. This can be difficult at times with no real 'owner' of specific issues. Poor planning and management of the project.
