Marketing & Partnerships were basically non-existent Very little training that was built out Unrealistic expectations with so few current clients. Covid didn't make things any easier.

Some of the leadership team are okay.

Cons

No career pathing or development Pay and raises are horrible You only matter if you are a favorite to certain people Most employees are lab rats Harassment Work/Life balance is not very good Benefits are horrible Employees don’t matter. Just numbers to investors.

Pros

The culture here is amazing. I brag all the time about how amazing the culture within the org and our team. Everyone is collaborative. No team is idolized more than any other. It's understood that each team is important to the success of the business and it's often talked about in company meetings. We have a lot of great people on the team who can see the bigger picture and want to keep pushing to make it better.

Cons

Typical start-up struggles. Still finding their flow but I see improvements week over week with finding our groove.
