Pros

-Leadership thoughtfully evaluates and approaches company culture -Product is great, delivers on expectations and solves a problem for a lot of companies -Everybody contributes -Transparency into all aspects of the business -Clear, consistent goals for company growth and scalability

Cons

-Small companies aren't for everyone, not always a lot of structure.

Moving here for sales has been great. There is a tremendous amount of greenfield and I’ve been able to get all the resources I need to close deals.

Cons

None that come to my mind. Chargehound is a great, fast growing startup.

The team is wonderful, clever, and excellent at what they do. Everyone has high standards. The product really helps our customers and they appreciate it.

Cons

Still a small team so sometimes things aren’t entirely documented.
