Pros

There is absolutely NOTHING I could think of. I don't want to give even 1 rating.

Cons

This is the worst company I have ever worked till date. There is no clarity in the management while they hire a resource. No proper delegation of work, micro management and worst they don't trust their employees.

Pros

I started working with them as a CSR and was then offered a role as a Junior Dispatcher. After 2 years of working in Dispatch I was promoted to a Team lead. I was always passionate about working in transportation & logistics and interviewed with multiple transportation companies, but everyone required minimum of 1 year of experience and never got an opportunity. When I interviewed with Charger, I was told the same however the manager said they saw the potential in me and offered me a basic CSR role and 4 years later I am working as a Team Lead. There are enough opportunities for every individual regardless of having a different educational background in this company, the advancement is purely based on one’s dedication and hard work.

Pros

Most of the staff on site at this location were pleasant.

Cons

The company is based out of Canada. From Canada, they attempt to micromanage their facilities. It is useless to attempt to help them manage, as anything you try to do for them will be overturned by a Canadian employee. What makes this worse, they do not take into consideration the differences of the cultural climates. Their HR staff is not knowledgeable about labor laws in the States. It’s a complete and utter mess. No benefits. On call 24/7 with no additional compensation. Senior management is clueless as to what is happening right under his eyes.
