      Pros

      Great environment and a refreshing focus on design and customer experience. I always feel supported in my projects and have an excellent connection with my engineering and leadership staff. Just a great place for a designer to thrive and make a valid impact.

      Cons

      In office requirement can be difficult but that may be because I worked remotely for quite a long time.

      Good people and good location at the mouth of cottonwood canyon.

      Cons

      I wouldn’t recommend working here to anyone, especially if you’re a woman or a part of any minority group. There’s some serious skeletons in this company’s closet.
