      almost unlimited overtime, interesting work, some great coworkers

      Cons

      new sheriff doesn't support the officers, many coworkers are extremely toxic, lots of harassment type stuff going on and nepotism, no set day-night schedule

      Fairly flexible environment. Own desk/workspace. Able to find a niche and excel in it.

      Cons

      Hard to get resources that are out of the box (hard, not impossible). Don't like new ideas or strategies. Too many chiefs--not enough Indians.
