-poor management from leadership down, SO unprofessional, had no idea what they are doing -the services they offer are awful (pretty sure the outcomes are a lie) -working at this company made my mental health worse my anxiety was at an all time HIGH -unattainable goals -people let go for the craziest reasons all because a certain blonde women had a vendetta against people (acorns)

From all I’ve seen, the upper management does not prioritize clients, rather profit. If you are an engineer, I would not recommend joining Charlie Health in its current state. That may change down the line, but my experience was volatile and absurdly incompetent from upper leadership. Engineers are not prioritized and frankly seen as disposable. Deep down at Charlie Health there is a great company, and it could one day be a great place to work. But dear lord they need to get their act together first- don’t get caught in the crossfire.
