      Toxic environment with manipulative leadership and no trust

      It was great a few years ago. Not the same company it used to be.

      Cons

      The most toxic work environment I’ve ever seen. Manipulative leadership. Unrealistic deadlines. Problems lifted up fall of deaf ears. Bleeding money. HR is horrible. Don’t trust anyone here. You’ll never grow in your career here.

      Some really good employees that work here.

      Cons

      Leadership is inconsistent and reactive; decisions often change weekly with little communication. HR and management fail to support employees—high turnover and low morale are constant. Promotions and recognition are based on favoritism, not performance or expertise. Lack of integrity starting with the leadership team. No clear organizational structure or accountability. Despite the wellness image, the internal culture is stressful, political, and unsupportive.
