Pros
ChartMogul is a very progressive and open-minded company. They value their employees, listen to them and even opt to make structural changes to accommodate to their individual employee's needs and passion. The mission is clear, and I feel strongly that we're making good strides towards improving on our product and making life easier for our customers.
Cons
In general, I think ChartMogul handles everything well; if I had to mention cons, it would be around how tasks are composed and delegated. These issues only occur sporadically, but sometimes tasks don't follow a predefined pipeline, they are not always well-defined, don't always outline the rationale behind the change, and are often not a result of decisions made rooted in customer-driven data. However, most often things are clear and straight-forward.
