Business outlook
Pros
The biggest pros are ability to work remote when needed or change up your schedule when things come up. Along with that the culture and employees are great, the office is nice and has a lot of amenities, there are some travel opportunities especially for industry trade shows, and dumb corporate policies do not (yet) exist.
Cons
Biggest cons are probably the interpersonal drama that is not handled quietly enough (tiny office) and there have been some financial hang ups that probably shouldn’t have been divulged to uninvolved personnel. Along with that I would say emotions run high here and turnover isn’t great (can’t sell can’t stay) and most all of those let go have publicly melted down in front of everyone (awkward)
