Pros

Flexible work hours Professional and eager to learn junior level staff, always willing to help and show you the ropes

Cons

1. Senior Management leaves much to be desired, terrible leadership 2. No work life balance, if you want to be working 24 hours a day then this is the place for you. 3. Rude and disrespectful management, mostly at the senior level 4. Managers are forced to do whatever Senior Management wants so there's no point of a middle management team. 5. No controls 6. Due to the nature of the business (it's mostly client based) you are forced to take verbal abuse from anyone regardless of the situation

Absolutely no work life balance

Pros

4 week vacation, young work force, nice office

Cons

There is no work life balance here. Most people work around the clock, 10 hour days, often at home and on weekends. The owner expects it. No one ever shows appreciation, everything is expected.
