The industry is not my thing

VERY Low pay. No real benefits. Very strict on time. Very old school way of running things. Did not receive PTO when I was working there so I had to take unpaid time off. Old technology. No real career advancement unless you stay there for years which is not worth it. Added tasks with no increase in pay. Better to take the experience within a year at most two and take that knowledge to go be successful somewhere else. Managers had the nerve to tell me they wouldn't have approved my time off if they knew I was applying to another company. No culture. Very cliquey.
