      Management is awful from top to bottom. You are not trusted to do anything on your own and they are constantly looking for ways to I’d ditch you’ve messed up

      Organization provides supports to those in need, however at the expense of its employees’ health and wellness.

      Leadership is silent when metrics are met (no positive reinforcement) and when metrics are not met, the response is swift and harsh.

      -decent compensation -adequate benefits -opportunities for unlimited overtime within the company

      Cons

      -inability to maintain appropriate therapists therefore lack of ability to provide consistent services for clients -I was there 12 months and had 3 different clinical supervisors, where the last supervisor targeted me. I reported to HR 4 times with no progress and ended up resigning. Two weeks later, they fired said supervisor -unattainable expectations
