Pros
Reasonable payment, nice supervisor, enjoyable working environment, flexible schedule, good compensation and incentives, make a lot of friends who are from different countries.
Cons
Sometimes it is very busy, especially for the weekly days. But in general, it is worth working there since the company has break time during the shift.

Freedom of managing yourself. You do not have someone always watching you. You know your duties. When working on events with the team, it important to work together and help where it is needed. One free meal. Flexible with your schedule.
