I have worked in recruitment for 8 years and had the displeasure of working in some very toxic environments, Chaseman is not one of them. The retained approach to recruitment is fantastic and a stark contrast to more mainstream contingency roles where you fight for scraps at 15%, you feel genuinely respected and valued by your clients and the environment is very relaxed yet really breeds a high performance culture. The additional benefits far outweigh any other recruitment business I’ve worked in and the commission is unrivalled.

Been in recruitment for over 10 years and its refreshing that I am working with clients that value our service. Decent roles with clients that will pay decent fees. In the past I have chased roles with clients that want the world for 10%. This is totally different. The CEO has an open door policy so can approach him with new ideas. He invests in technology for the office. Generous and down to earth. The team are work hard play hard bunch but with different personalities which i find refreshing I have referred a former colleague who has joined the business and he is doing very well
