Creative freedom, great work environment with awesome people, ability to learn and grow with many on air reps
Cons
No real downsides. If you are getting into sports or production, you have to be willing to work late nights and holidays. This is true anywhere, including Chat Sports. I don’t find this to be a negative though.
Great company to work for! They will give you plenty of opportunities for professional growth and will treat you like family.
Leadership is awesome. James and Brett are brilliant, and you will learn how to win just by watching them run the business. The rest of the office is young, knowledgeable, and hungry — ideal for professionals trying to make a name for themselves.
You’ll never be bored on this team. Working for Chat Sports was one of the best decisions that I have ever made.
Cons
Work schedule is based on the American sports calendar, which means you might be on the clock during big holiday games or the weekend. But the cool events that we attended and days off during the week made up for this.
The restaurant choices for team lunches were okay. But that was when the office was in San Francisco. Not sure about their Dallas office
