      - Close nitch community of individuals - Flexible work hours - Opportunities for additional income and growth - Always had a voice and was heard by management - Willingness to make adjustments for the betterment of employees and clients - Been in business for a long time and has name recognization on the market.

      - Work hours, some weekend and evening work. - Clients, but what customer service job doesn't have this problem?

      This company is amazing, ...its beyond a company it's a family . They benefits are amazing! The boss is very understanding the staff is reliableand concerning. I couldn't have asked for a better company to be apart of! One major thing is the fact they promote growth within the company with support. The sky is the limit with chatel real estate.
