CEO creates a toxic atmosphere in the company and employees have no way to voice their concerns:
* The avg lifespan of a manager in a company is less than 1 year. Over the last year 80% of all managers were fired personally by CEO based on the same premise that "they are not good at getting feedback". Usually people are fired spontaneously with a strong pressure to leave the company immediately. The fired people are given 1 (or rarely 2) exit salaries on a verbal agreement that they won't talk about their negative experiences at Chatfuel.
* So, most of the management positions are now occupied by a single person (CEO). He's a CEO, CMO, CTO, CPO, product manager and who knows what else :) He's not able to delegate properly or share responsibilities.
* The product vision changes drastically every three months or so. So the teams are overworked to keep pace with these radical product changes.
